Meet Your Inspector
Erik has experience in remodeling and construction dating back over a decade ago. After purchasing his first home, built in 1837, the process of learning the ins and outs of a home from top to bottom came quickly. Shortly after, the prospect of owning and managing several avenues of real estate became a reality and all of a sudden a passion for the industry formed. With a hands-on approach and an excitement for both modern and old construction techniques, Erik ultimately found himself destined for becoming a home inspector. He wakes up ready to inspect each home as if it were his own applying the ability to determine the current condition, any defects, near future repairs, and most importantly, any safety issues.
